
The top ranked country was Estonia, with the Czech Republic and Slovenia also measuring up well. The bulk of the countries surveyed were in the middle ground, including Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Lithuania and Latvia. However Bulgaria, Romania and Slovakia were trailing dismally when it comes to e-government implementation.
