Many large enterprises and governments across Europe have already embraced internet-based business processes and applications.

Today they are starting to reap the benefits from connecting employees, customers and suppliers, centralising information management and improving the visibility of critical data.

However, Europe’s business landscape, to an extent, is dominated by small and medium-sized businesses, which employ more than half of the workforce in the European Union.
